           Electro-Mechanical:

  Prototype for automotive blind spot
   detection system using IR lasers.
                  Medical:

  Prototype CCD endoscopic camera
  for canular abdominal and thoracic
  procedures.  Camera incorporated
     dual-axis motion control and
           onboard illumination.
                Consumer:

      Client had a concept for a
 revolutionary conduit locknut plier.
  We translated their concept into
a 3D solid mode; and manufactured
several proof-of-concept prototypes.
 Using the photo-realistic renderings,
     drawings and patent-related
 documents we created, client was
able to sell their idea to a major tool
manufacturer.  Tool is now sold in big
         box stores nationwide.

       Prototype CCD camera for
    minimally-invasive procedures
        such as tubal ligations.
         Assembly Automation:

   Five lane seat belt cutting station
 for major Tier II automotive supplier.
  System provided independent lane
   control and cut length accuracy
 to +/- 1/16th inch from 0 - 16 feet.

     Patented connector for flat
speaker wire system.  Client required
   a simple, but positive method of
    connecting its micro-thin, flat
         speaker wire to various
